The E-911 Addressing Project for Boone County, West Virginia,
Phase 2 - Addressing & Map Every Structure in The County.

Phase 8 - Get Digital Dispatcher Up & Running.

Phase 10 - Publish Response Area Maps for EMS, Fire, Police.

Phase 11 - Hold Addressing Class's for 911, EMS, FIRE, & Police Agency's.

Phase 15 - Address & Add New Structures To System When Needed.

In May 1998 teams of workers went through out the
county, taking photos of every structure, metering roads, addressing the
structures, and naming roads that had no names. Where the road had a
known road name, it was kept. Where the road had
no name, it was given one. With over 1,350 roads in the county, this was a task in itself.
To Address The Entire County,
and make service's easier like 911 calls.
