BUILDING PERMIT

You are required by law to have a building permit in Boone County, to build any new structures, set mobile homes, add to existing structures, etc. If however, your building site is within the City Limits of Danville, Madison, Sylvester, or Whitesville, you will have to get your permit off the City. We only do County permits.

BUILDING PERMIT (Acrobat Reader)

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to view the building permit. It is in PDF Form. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can click the link below to get it. You can fill out the form on line by pressing the tab key and fill in the blanks. If there are any lines that you are not sure how to fill out, then leave them blank for now. Then you can E-Mail it to the OES Office, or print it out and bring it in. You can also just print it out and fill in the blanks yourself. If you have any questions.
